It is with great pleasure that we welcome the fifth generation of our entrepreneurial family to the company:
Dario Fischer-Bothof will be joining Theo Seulberger Chemie and, in the future, will also assume responsibilities at A. + E. Fischer-Chemie.

Together with Managing Director Manuel Fischer-Bothof, he will oversee a careful, cross-generational transition in the coming years—in keeping with our company’s tradition and with a clear vision for the future.

Especially at a time when the chemical trade and Germany as an industrial hub face major challenges—from rising energy costs and volatile supply chains to geopolitical uncertainties—continuity, responsibility, and entrepreneurial courage are more important than ever.

As a family-owned business with over 145 years of history, we see it as our mission to provide stability, to work in partnership with our customers and suppliers—and at the same time to develop new perspectives.
